Nickelodeon teamed up with the NFL to bring football into a world of slime, big plays, and kid-powered energy. As part of the Nickelodeon Interactive Team, we built the official website for NFL Slimetime, a digital extension of the broadcast that gave fans a place to dive deeper into the action.
In 2022, our work on NFL Slimetime won an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Graphic Design! Slime flies when you’re havin’ fun.
The Challenge
Build a football site that didn’t feel like a stats page and infuse it with slime. It had to carry the hype of real NFL highlights while fully embracing surprises for kids and the whole family.
It needed to feel fast, playful, and a little unpredictable.
Like football. Just with more slime.
My Role
I designed player-related shareable graphics and key game interfaces across the site. That meant creating bold, slime-forward visuals for NFL players while strictly adhering to NFL brand guidelines and the Slimetime visual playbook. Every graphic and interface element had to balance league accuracy with Nickelodeon’s playful attitude.
The Result
We launched a site that blended football highlights, interactive games, and player-driven graphics into one cohesive experience. The work earned an Emmy nomination and gave Slimetime a digital home that matched its energy while strengthening the Nickelodeon x NFL partnership.
